Renato Leite

President

Renato Leite was appointed as the President of the Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma in August of 2021. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of healthcare positions in large multinational companies.

Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, Renato held senior leadership and general management roles in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. His most recent position prior to Jubilant was President of the European Region for Elekta, a Swedish manufacturer of oncology treatment equipment. Renato also led large teams and businesses at GE Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers, consistently delivering growth by fostering an environment of high-performance and results. He is a people and customer-oriented turnaround executive with a growth mindset backed by well-developed commercial skills.

William Griffing

Vice President, Commercial Operations

William Griffing was appointed Vice President, Commercial Operations of the Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma effective October 1, 2020. Bill has more than 30 years of leadership experience in a variety of Life Sciences and Medical Device companies.

Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, Bill was Vice President, Head of Marketing and Mail Order Pharmacy Operations at Alfasigma USA where he successfully led brand and portfolio expansion and improved efficiencies in the Mail Order Pharmacy operation. He was awarded a MBA from St. John’s University (NY) and holds a B.S. in Industrial Administration from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

James A. Wilkinson

Vice President, Legal

Jim Wilkinson began his association with the company in 2007, serving as outside counsel until 2015 when became Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Triad Isotopes, Inc. In that role he lead the Legal, Human Resources, Quality & Safety and Marketing functions.

At the time of the 2017 radiopharmacy acquisition he became Vice President, Legal of Jubilant Radiopharma. Jim has over thirty years of legal experience, both as a civil trial lawyer and as general counsel. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Colorado, Florida and New York and was awarded the highest possible rating of “AV-Preeminent” by the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Peer Review. Jim was also voted one of the “Top Lawyers in Orlando” by Orlando Life Magazine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University.

Wayne Alexander

Vice President, PET Operations

Wayne Alexander joined Jubilant in September 2017 as Director of Quality and appointed as Senior Director of Quality, Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma in September 2020. He brings with him more than 28 years of experience in the global radiopharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining the Jubilant Radiopharma team, Wayne worked with Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Manager of Quality for the laboratory chemicals division. Wayne also spent 25 years at GE Healthcare as a Global Director of Quality of the molecular imaging, SPECT & PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and nuclear pharmacy segments, which provides a broad range of radiopharmaceuticals and services to the nuclear medicine and molecular imaging community. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a graduate degree in business.

Don Warner

Senior Director of Pharmacy Development

Don Warner joined Jubilant Radiopharma as Senior Director of Pharmacy Development in 2017. He has over fifteen years of experience with nuclear pharmacy operations.

He was instrumental in transforming our pharmacies and cleanrooms to be compliant with the latest regulations and safety design protocols. Don leads the project teams that are expanding our footprint of new pharmacy locations nationwide.

John Little

Director of Group Purchasing Organizations / National Accounts

John Little was appointed as the Director of Group Purchasing Organizations / National Accounts of Jubilant Radiopharma in March of 2021.

He brings 30 years of Healthcare Supply Chain Operations and Group Purchasing Organization leadership and development. Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, John was Executive Vice President of CoalesCo, Inc. where he successfully created and managed the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Alliance Purchasing Group Organization (GPO) successfully for 16 years acting as the Group Purchasing Organization Executive Director. The GPO was awarded top Regional Supply Chain System by the ECRI Institute. He and his team saved the SCMA Member Institutions in excess of $350 Million. Prior to CoalesCo, Inc., John worked in marketing, supply chain and procurement GPO leadership roles for Vizient (formerly VHA, Inc.), MedEcon Services and the Western New York Healthcare Association’s Shared Services Division. John also has demonstrated success in building successful supply chain and national supply contracting strategies for large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) including VHA Southeast, Duke Health, Yale New Haven Health and the Mayo Clinic. John’s knowledge and expertise of GPO and IDN contracting is focused on developing sustainable and successful radiopharmaceutical contracts with both national and regional GPOs for Jubilant Radiopharma.

Elizabeth Irizarry

Director of Human Resources

Elizabeth Irizarry joined the Radiopharmacies Division in January of 2019, as the Director of Human Resources.

She has over 20 years of experience in senior human resources leadership positions. Prior to joining Jubilant, Elizabeth spent 17 years in business aviation as the most Senior HR Leader and Ethics Officer for the Americas. Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with concentration in Labor & Industrial Relations and an Associate’s Degree in Political Sciences, both from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico, graduating Cum Laude from both. She is also a Work Life Certified Professional.

Shannon Julian

Chief Compliance Officer

Shannon Julian has been with Jubilant Radiopharma - Radiopharmacies Division since April of 2007. She is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer as well as the company’s Legal and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator.

Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, Shannon was the Senior Corporate Paralegal of the New York Law Firm of Boies, Schiller, & Flexner for over 6 years and served with In-House Counsel to Lockheed Martin. Important aspects of her responsibilities over the years include M&A work from 2007 to the present day. She holds a B.A. in English from Macon State College as well as a degree in Paralegal Studies.

Gagan Tuteja

Director of Finance

Gagan Tuteja joined Jubilant Radiopharma in 2014 with over ten years of rich experience in financial management leadership, including fund raising. He was part of an Ernst & Young transaction practice prior to joining Jubilant.

Scott VanHeesbeke

Director of Supply Chain

Scott was appointed Director, Supply Chain of the Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma in October of 2022. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical industry and operational excellence.

Craig Kinne

Sr. Manager, Radiation Safety

Craig is the Radiation Safety Officer for the Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma. Craig has over 35 years of experience in the nuclear power industry as well as the radiopharmacy industry.
